In music this week the children in class 5 have really enjoyed learning the song ‘Music In My Soul’ they were very excited to perform it to share on the school website.

Today we learnt how to move between our G and A chords to play along with a tune.

Year 4 (Class 11) - Music - You can make a Difference
Class 11 have been working hard on the song ‘You can make a difference.’
They have practiced sing the song and playing along with the glockenspiels in 4 parts. They’ve also enjoyed dancing along to the beat.

Year 3 (Class 9) - Music - Crotchets & Quavers
Today we learnt about crotchets and quavers.
We learnt about the difference in tempo between the notes when we see them in a piece of music.
We played them in different orders and we identified different pieces of music when we heard the notes played to us.

Today in class 9 we really enjoyed composing our own music using garage band.

Year 2 (Class 6) - Music - Folk Song Workshop
Class 6 loved our music workshop today!
We enjoyed listening to and joining in with the different folk songs, and working in groups to create an 'improvised jam' was so much fun!
