Year 6 (Class 16) - Science - Separating Materials
In science this week, class 16 have been working together using different equipment to separate materials.
They were not allowed to use their hands, so they had to think about which equipment they needed to use depending on the shape and size of the items.

Due to the weather, outdoor PE was cancelled, but that didn’t stop class 16.
We moved all of the tables and chairs in the classroom and had lots of fun dancing to just dance in the classroom!

In DT this week, class 16 had a go at making different types of bridges: arch, beam and pillar.
They worked together to make bridges that they thought would be strong enough for toy cars to get across.

In our first week of ICT club we have been working with Lego Mindstorms.

Last Friday we competed in the semi final of the school sports hall athletics competition.
