Year 3 (Class 8) - WOW Assembly
Today class 8 enjoyed taking part in the walk together living streets assembly.
They discussed what active travel is, looked at interesting ways children around the world travel to school and took part in a fun quiz.
Year 3 (Class 9) - Science - The Human Ear
Class 9 have been investigating how the ear works and the names of its components.
They also made different sized paper cones to use to investigate if they could hear music better with small, medium or large cones.
Year 3 (Class 8) - History - Anglo Saxon Workshop
Today we took part in an Anglo Saxon workshop. We enjoyed finding out about Anglo Saxon weapons and warfare. We were shocked how heavy the chainmail was!
We got to hold real Anglo Saxon artefacts and played an Anglo Saxon game.
Year 3 (Class 7) - History - Anglo Saxon Workshop
Today class 7 took part in an Anglo Saxon workshop, we learnt about the clothes they wore and the different weapons that were used when fighting the Picts.
