Today in computing we have been learning about algorithms and programming.
We then programmed the Bee-Bots to move around the class room.
We can’t wait for our lesson next week!

Nursery - A New Year & New Opportunities
This week we took part in cooking workshop based on a famous story 'Handa's Surprise'.
The children were able to touch, feel, smell the fruits from the story and then learn new skills of peeling, chopping and cutting .

Class 15 had an amazing day out at The Deep in Hull. Children enjoyed exploring the different areas of The Deep: Awakening Seas, Lagoon of Light, Endless Oceans , Amazon exhibits, Cool Seas, Kingdom of Ice, Deep Blue One and Living Rivers.

In history we are starting a topic about the Stone Age.
We went to look at our school timeline to help us to understand when the time period took place. As the Stone Age is prehistoric we have to rely on archaeological findings to find out about how people lived.

Year 2 (Class 6) - DT / PSHE - Classroom Kitchen
Class 6 loved our 'Classroom Kitchen' workshop! It linked perfectly with our new PSHE topic, 'Keeping Healthy'.
We made delicious yoghurt pots by layering fruit, yoghurt, oats and biscuit.
