Year 5 (Class 12) - Science - Forces and Friction

Class 12 have been studying friction with a variety of different carpets and toy cars. 

The class experimented by pushing toy cars with equal force on vinyl, ribbed carpet and underlay to determine which carpet has the least friction and therefore which one is the most suitable for a nursery floor.
