Nursery - Different Families and Patterns

This week nursery children have been looking at different families and patterns in nursery.

We have read the book: 'My mum and dad make me laugh' by Nick Sharratt. We have been looking at patterns in the story (spots and stripes) and the children were able to look around and find those patterns in our environment.

We have also talked to the children about emotions.

We shared what makes us happy and sad and it was great to hear all the examples from children of what makes them happy/sad.
