Mr Needham was very impressed with class 13 and their attitude towards completing activities on Reading Plus.

Wednesday 13th November was World Kindness Day to celebrate this class 14 created a kindness paper chain with acts of kindness written on it.

This links perfectly to our school attribute this half-term of compassion.

We decided on red and gold to coordinate with our Christmas decorations…

Last week was Anti-bullying Week and class 14 created a beautiful anti-bullying wreath that displays affirmations to stop bullying.

We decided on a wreath to fit in with our upcoming Christmas decorations.

Class 14 have written speeches in the character of Winston Churchill persuading the British public to evacuate their children.

Class 14 have celebrated Remembrance Day by producing some amazing art work.

Today class 14 celebrated Anti-bullying week by wearing odd socks.

Class 13 supporting odd sock day!

Most children in class 12 have embraced wearing odd socks today (as well as Mr Horsey and Miss Breslin) during anti-bullying week. 

They are wearing their odd socks to celebrate the diversity, acceptance and inclusion across our multicultural school. 

Class 12 have been working hard in groups to choreograph a dance routines. 

We gave discussed rhythm and beats to keep in time with the music. They have also looked at making sure we include a variety of actions and dynamics.

Class 13 made a beautiful piece of artwork as we thought about Remembrance Day and what it means to people all over the world.

Well done class 13.

Class 14 first practised their running stitch and then sewed bookmarks using 2 pieces of fabric.

Everyone is loving the Lego NXT sets we have in school.

One group has successfully made a top spinner!
