Starship - Fizzy Planets

Children from Starship enjoyed making fizzy planets this week as part of their topic on space. 

The children chose the planet they wanted to make and then mixed baking soda with water and food colouring. Lots of sensory fun was had and the children were amazed when the vinegar was poured onto the planets and they started to fizz.  

We listened to the fizzing sound and observed the bubbles that were created.
